This is an Up Country Inc. cat collar. This is a safety collar and features a safety buckle that will pull apart if your cat gets caught on something, i.e. a tree branch or fence. This product is not recommended for leashes or tie-outs for that reason.
This cat collar is adjustable from 8 to 12 inches.
These adorable little collars are machine or hand washable in cold and should be line dried.
